The Magic Island is open all 7 days of the week. Launched during December 1999, the Magic Island has a total of 19 various attractions, including Max Flight Simulator, The Chambor, Motion Theater, Jump Zone, and other hi-tech games. A new extension of the mall, namely the West Wing, was opened in 2007. The mall spreads over two storeys, with seamless integration between the new West Wing Extension and the main mall.
Seef Mall is well-equipped with 10 accessible restrooms scattered across the mall. Few stores also maintain their own restrooms for customer use. 3 Baby care rooms are also available. There is also a well-equipped children play area, apart from Magic Island.

Seef Cineplex is a six-screen cinema, located on the first floor of West Wing of Seef Mall, offering the latest releases, while the Seef Megaplex is a ten-screen multiplex located on the first floor of East Wing of the mall, giving the mall the distinction of having the largest Cineplex in the Middle East.
